Dustin Harder is an award-winning cookbook author, culinary educator, and media personality. He is the host and creator of the original vegan travel culinary series The Vegan Roadie and the podcast Keep On Cookin’.

Dustin’s debut title, The Simply Vegan Cookbook, was named one of Forbes’ “Best Vegan Cookbooks.” His other books include Epic Vegan and Epic Vegan Quick and Easy, with the latter earning second place in the International Vegan Film Festival Cookbook Contest.

A graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute, Dustin has worked extensively in plant-based recipe and brand development. He served as the Culinary Specialist for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Culinary Director for the Atlanta-based health food chain Arden’s Garden, and Development Chef alongside celebrity chef Chloe Coscarelli for By Chloe and Chloe in New York City. He has also worked as a private chef and culinary educator.

Dustin’s work has been featured in Eating WellFood Network MagazineVegNewsVegan Lifestyle MagazineChowhoundVegetarian Times, and Paste Magazine. In 2020, he showcased his vegan baking skills on Food Network’s Girl Scout Cookie Championship, creating desserts inspired by iconic Girl Scout cookies.
