Classic Fruit Salad

This Classic Fruit Salad is a refreshing, healthy mix of apples, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and mango, perfect for any meal! Serve as-is or layer with vegan yogurt for a beautiful parfait.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2 bananas peeled and sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups hulled and sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 mango peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions
 

  • Add the apples, bananas, and lemon juice to a large bowl, toss to combine. Add the strawberries, blueberries and mango and mix all of the ingredients until well combined.
  • Serve buffet style or portion into parfait cups.

Notes

Create a fruit and yogurt parfait. Use a parfait cup and start with a layer of fruit salad followed by a layer of vegan yogurt, another layer of fruit salad, another layer of yogurt, and finish with a final layer of fruit salad. Garnish with mint if desired.
