Crispy Oil Free Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Soak the potato wedges in a bowl of ice water for 20 minutes to remove the excess starch, this will allow them to crisp up nicely when baked.
  • Preheat the oven to 475°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain the potatoes and toss with tamari, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes, flip the potatoes. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
