115-ounce can or 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas, drained & rinsed
½cupsun-dried tomatoeschopped

1cupcoconut milk or cashew cream
3/4cupvegetable broth
2tablespoonsnutritional yeast
1tablespoonlemon juice
¼cupfresh basilchopped

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in chickpeas, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Cook for another 2 minutes.
