  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Notes

Variations: This is also delicious with frozen mango or a mixture of strawberry and banana, but you could use any fruit you like. Use fresh fruit if desired, add some ice when blending to make it cold. Stick with spinach if you are hoping to have a green smoothie with little to no earthie flavor from the greens.
