Homemade Croutons

Make crispy, golden Homemade Croutons in just 25 minutes! Perfect for soups, salads, or snacking, this easy recipe uses simple ingredients for ultimate flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups 125 g bread
  • ¼ cup oil or soy free vegan butter
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a large bowl toss the cubes of bread with the butter to coat the cubes. Add the nutritional yeast, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and toss to coat. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes, toss, bake an additional 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool completely.
