When you're feeling under the weather or simply looking to boost your immune system, a warm cup of Immunity Broth can be just what you need. Packed with potent ingredients like garlic, ginger, turmeric, and lemon, this broth is loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
Add the garlic, ginger, turmeric, and broth to a pot with a lid. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover leaving a crack for steam to escape. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon transfer the garlic, ginger, and turmeric to a blender. Add at least one cup of the broth to the blender with the miso paste, blend until smooth, transfer back to the pot. Add lemon juice, stir to combine.
