Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with canola oil or cooking spray.
Roll Out the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is 16 inches long by 12 inches wide and about ¼ inch thick.
Add the Filling
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with vegan mozzarella shreds, nutritional yeast, and Italian seasoning.
Roll and Slice the Dough
With the long edge facing you, roll the dough up from bottom to top, keeping it tight and even. Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces, each about 1½ inches wide.
