Vegan Texas Toast is a quick and easy garlic bread made with thick-sliced French bread and a savory blend of vegan butter, garlic, and herbs. ¾cupvegan buttersoftened or at room temp, see note

2teaspoonsgarlic powder
2teaspoonsdried parsley
½teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the butter, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Mix until evenly combined. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on both sides of each piece of toast.
Bake for 4–6 minutes, then flip and bake for another 4–6 minutes, or until the edges are deep golden brown and the center is a bright golden color.
Serve warm with your favorite pasta or enjoy on its own.
Notes
Forgot to soften the butter? Microwave it for 5 seconds and check if it's soft enough to mix. If not, microwave for another 5 seconds. A slightly melted texture is fine, but avoid fully liquefying it, as it won't spread well.
